You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure and not sharing it with any other party. ms88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact ms88 customer support immediately.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Ms88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing a user's first withdrawal. Accepted documents include the Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and a valid bank statement. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction.
Age Limit
Use of the ms88 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above only. ms88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Should it be established that an account was registered by an underage individual, all winnings will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As an ms88 user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules throughout your use of the platform:

Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the ms88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via methods such as DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, and online bank transfers. ms88 is not liable for delays caused by banking systems or third-party e-wallet providers. Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for your chosen method.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed within one to three business days upon verification. ms88 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
Unauthorised Transactions
Any transactions suspected of fraud will be investigated by ms88. Winnings obtained through unauthorised means, system exploitation, or violations of these terms may be voided without compensation. Deposits made using cards or accounts that do not belong to the user may result in immediate account suspension.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by ms88 are subject to specific wagering requirements as stated in the respective promotional terms. Withdrawal of bonus funds is not permitted until the minimum wagering requirements have been met. ms88 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.

Any valid account balance at the time of suspension will be reviewed and returned in accordance with ms88 policy upon completion of the investigation, unless it is implicated in suspected fraudulent activity.

Reasons that may lead to account suspension:

- Unauthorised exploitation of promotions or bonuses
- Breach of any part of these terms
Intellectual Property, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Intellectual Property: All content on the ms88 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of ms88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without written consent from ms88.
